Hi, Usually just pressing enter will select the play option, since that same music track was most likely the menu. As far as Airplay of DVDs to apple TV, not officially, although there is a program by the same guys that make Audio Highjack Pro, called Airfoil that lets you airplay any audio from your mac to Apple TV.
