I tried both with VO on and off.
I didn't manage to do it whith VO off, but with VO on I did the
following:
-Find the actual podcast I'd like to delete
-Tap to select it
-Double tap, and hold until there comes a sound
-Than right after the sound, drag the finger to the right, while
touching the screen with another finger
