Hello, Great concept! If my recollection is correct, SoundFlower comes packaged with an app called SoundBed (or something that sounds like that). When you open up the app, it creates a menu item (one of those that are not accessible with VO keys). You can use your mouse to try and locate it. The app lets you pick an output device for everything sent to SoundFlower. That will allow you to have VO speaking both through your speakers and simultaneously transmitted over Skype via SoundFlower.
