they can also use techtool pro information.

If it was me, I'd be taking over diagnostics from boot using techtool pro, 
sending data to a remote system and pushing it to colleagues.

I hope you don't mind, would you email me off list to discuss the problems 
you're having? I'd be more than happy to assist where I can. I've some time 
spare.
