Hello listers, The flexibility of Mac OS audio components was a huge revelation when I made de switch from Windows XP.
Similar utilities to Audio Hijack Pro or SoundFlower were never as reliable and performant on Windows. This does not come as a surprise now, does it… It was Microsoft after all. I am writing to hear more about your personal experiences and preferred ways of recording and editing audio on your Mac. Whether it's for music, podcasts, system audio recordings, streaming, editing and stuff. My favorite apps are Amadeus Pro, SoundFlower and Audio Hijack Pro. So I am curious to know what kind of set up you have and for what type of recordings. I regularly hear different audio inputs on podcasts, usually through Skype and sometimes through more high definition routes… So I am wondering if AHP is the sole and only path to recording Podcasts with remote participants, or is there something else out there I haven't heard of? Samples would be much appreciated. I do not have the discipline to animate a Podcast on a regular basis and therefore do not have one, but could probably find a few examples of fun recordings and edits I have performed with my Mac if you are interested. I look forward to reading your share of experiences and wish you all the best. Emrah -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
