Thought some may enjoy this tip. When you are reading messages in Apple Mail, you can switch between available alternative formats, like HTML and plain text or a hybrid of both, by pressing CMD+OPT+left or right brackets while inside the message. I find this especially useful with complex HTML messages or when reading digests from discussion lists like this one. Basically, open a message and then press CMD+OPT+left or right brackets to move between available format alternatives. Very cool!
