How much does pipit go for, and is it in the app store, or do I google for
it?

Subject: Re: mac DVD ripper pro, or DVD remaster?

Hi. Dvd remaster needs a program like fair mount in order to copy commercial
dvd's. The problem with fair mount, is it isn't updated very often. Using
fair mount with dvd remaster, I was unable to get a good conversion of the
original star wars four for my iPhone. I had to buy mac dvd ripper pro and
use it in conjunction with dvd remaster to get the conversion to work.

I have recently tried pipit, which is accessible and seems to do everything
in one program, that is; rip then compress into an m4V file.

The new mac dvd ripper pro also can rip and convert now with their just
released update. So, this may be a good alternative.

All three of these programs mentioned are accessible.

For those who have used both, could you tell me what the advantages VS
disadvantages? Which one is more accessible, and does one do something that
the other doesn't? Asking because from what I read I can't tell about the
features, but mac DVD ripper is 30 bucks less, and gets past all incription
on commercial DVD's and with remaster, you need Fairmount to do some. But
that's the only difference I can see right now. Thoughts, suggestions? TIA
