Bill, I interact with the text on a web page, press vo+enter and then start 
selecting using vo + arrow keys. When I've selected what I wish, I press 
vo+enter again and then command+c to copy to clipboard. While you are selecting 
the text with vo+arrow keys, you should hear the swishing sound. Hope this will 
help. Don't despair. Mac is good.
