I have heard very good things on the Tidbits newsletters about the Fujitsu 
scanners when you have a lot of content.  They cost a few hundred dollars, but 
can scan several pages a second.

I meant to read the take control books about making a paperless office as the 
process is essentially the same as what we as blind individuals need, but never 
got around to doing that.
