There are two versions, a free app with ads and the $3 one without.
There is also an iPad version which I haven't tested but should be built
from a similar codebase so I would expect it to behave well.

Is Aim the app that's $2.99? That's completely ridiculous that the iOS
version costs money, when clients for other OSes are free.

Curious to know what the differences are. Would be glad to pass along
any improvements in general app behavior in addition to voiceover issues.

I find that IM plus pro is better for IM'ing. But I'll give this app a

Seems to be a pretty accessible app. Lets you also connect to Facebook
chat, twitter and Instagram along with regular AIM and MobileMe (while
it lasts). I found a number of issues but nothing huge. There are some
unlabeled fields if you try to create a new account so you have to
flick left to figure out what the "required' entry is supposed to be.
There was also something called an icon tray button and equalizer
button which probably need better descriptions as to what they do.
Equalizer is really the social notifications setup. Rather than bore
you with other stuff I found give it a try. I'm working with the
developer on getting accessibility issues resolved so if you notice
anything else please pass it along to me.
