Hello Kawal, I cannot confirm this bug as all of the subject lines are being read in my Message Table as I arrow up and down the list.
It may be necessary, sometimes, to disable and then re-enable VoiceOver to resolve this problem that you mentioned although, as I previously stated, I have not encountered it as yet.
