Two solutions come to mind here. 1. Look at your past purchases. You will see Lion there. There will, I believe, be an option to download again and you will not be charged.
2. Shut down your machine and then do the following. A. Press power then command+r. b. Now, after about 45 seconds after the sound, press command+F5 to start Voice Over. c. Now, from the app table which occurs, choose to reinstall. d. A fresh version will download to your machine. You will be asked whether you agree to the license and all that. Say no.
