Based on my experience, you'd need be facing the same challenges with VO as you 
do with Windows and JAWS. If you're logging into a windows virtual environment, 
you'd need to be using a fusion like product to run windows and JAWS on your 
mac. I'm not aware of any Mac virtual environments being setup using that 
configuration but in my opinion, you'd need to run VO on the virtual machine to 
get the access.

I know this isn't a true yes or no answer but its the best I have with my 
limited experience. It does sound like fun though.
