Unfortunately, you can't get described films with Netflix. However, all of the Podcasts that are available through itunes can be accessed. So this may be a good time for him to start putting his podcasts up on iTunes, lol. Every once in a while when we want a later movie, I can rent it on itunes from the Apple TV and it works just fine.
