Hello Doug,

I don't think you can view all the available radio station selections in the 
current version of Radium.  This isn't a question of VoiceOver's access, but 
rather the design interface used by the app.  You might write the developers 
and ask about adding this feature.  They actually added VoiceOver accessibility 
to what was originally an app that was not accessible upon first release.  
Also, I think that prospective users can still get the trial download from 
their web site before deciding to buy from the Mac App Store:
