Hi,

There really is no way to get around this but to use headphones when needing to
use an automated system while on a call. Sure, you can take the phone from
your face bringing the call on speaker phone but, Voiceover is way too low in
my opinion for this to be practical. But, when using headphones, you will be
able to hear Voiceover just fine and have access to the screen. Another thing
you can do is not call *4 at all. You can download the sprint app and access
the same information that way.
