I don't know specific file names but one could create some labels and then jump into the shell and do some 'ls -ltr' commands on directories to see what the latest file creation date might be. I forget the command option to do this recursively but the idea here would be to find the most recently changed or created files and then go into your time machine backup and match on the names.
I would certainly hope VO isn't this unstable. Dropping files like that is not acceptable.
