Hi there Gigi, The answer, as always, is "maybe."
The Recognizer as always, looks for an Image that has been saved to your I Phone. If you take a picture, and then try to find the same place, as long as you are standing in the same place and aiming the phone at the same angle, it should work. But, as with any new app, try it out and see if it works. Let us know. I also assume that lighting will be a big issue. Try taking pictures on different days. Sunny days have shadows, cloudy days do not. Good luck.
