Hi guys. I don't know if this is what you are talking about or not, but I have noticed something weird, now that you mention it, about the 4s if you dial with Siri. I have noticed that, if you just move a little bit so that your face is only slightly away from the screen, it goes to the speaker like you had laid it down on the table. I haven't noticed this is you dial using contacts or some other method.
