Hi.
Well, that's a big question. Do you know all about cables and connections? If 
not then I need to know what connecters you have access to.
I don't know much about external cameras and mikes, so I'll skip that one.
Regarding keyboards, I really like Apples wireless keyboard.
I don't know any accessible app which can totally control your Mini from an IOS 
device. If you are using iTunes, then you have some great controls in the 
remote app Apple has made. But if you're using VLC like me because I wanna have 
some control over my music and folder structure, then you have the VLC control 
app.
You need to have in mind that if you connect your sound system with an digital 
cable, you can't control the master volume from the computer or any app. that 
needs to be adjust on your sound system.
