Hi, Jennifer, Do not reply to a message, just jump to the message content of the one you want to reply to. Once you use VO-J, VO will say "interact with message text." When you use VO-J, VO automatically interacts, so you will have to go to a different part of the message. Stop interacting with the message text by using VO-shift-up-arrow. Once you've stopped interacting, press VO-left-arrow and you will hear "message headers group".. " This is not to be confused with the "customize message headers." Once you hear, message headers group and interact with it, you will find a text area just like any other text area. Use VO-down-arrow to navigate to the "from" line of the headers. Once you are on it, press VO-shift-m. In the menu that comes up, find "reply to sender". Press enter on it, and a reply will come up with the original sender's address in the "to" field.
