Hi Donna,
I have never had anything to do with "MS Windows" so I am not sure I
fully understand what you are trying to do, but you might like to
look at and fiddle a little with
Finder open your "HOME Folder" and play around in "SIDEBAR list" and
"COLUMN VIEW browser".
By using your "arrow keys", after you have interacted with "Column
View Browser" you can see all your Folders and files in their tree.
If you need a more "step by step" explanation, you can contact me off
list.
Cheers
StanZA

Hi all,
I would like to have my files and folders displayed as they are in
Windows, with folders listed first, and then all files in that
folder listed in alphabetical order. I've looked in the view
options, and I seem either to be able to have a completely
alphabetical list with files and folders all mixed in together, or
to have them sorted by kind, which does separate out the folders,
but then separates out the subsequent files by file type. Does
anyone know if there is a way to have files displayed in the way I
want them to be?
Thanks,
Donna
