I know, this is a really old thread but I'm going through my folder here and thought I would comment on dropbox if you haven't already figured this out. I saw a dropbox folder on my new mac mini but I have no idea what it was for because there was no dropbox app installed. When I installed the dropbox app downloaded from the dropbox website, it created a different dropbox folder and Oh, I did not have any accessibility issues with the client.
