Hi! I'm not having any luck getting this to work at all. None of the screens
you described are showing up. Am wondering what
I'm doing wrong.
Thanks!

Subject: Re: got Infovox version 3 and lost all my voices

Good Day:

When I did the upgrade, there was a second window available from the Window
chooser for the voice manager which told me to
redeem the activation codes. It had found the activation codes for the older
InfoVox language packs which I had, and I had to
activate each one by pressing the "activate" button next to each code. For the
first activation, it asked me to create an
account with my name and email address, which could be edited. After that, the
process became quite simple. Then, it was a
simple matter of going to the tools menu and selecting "Install all licensed
voices". They appear to have done some updates
on the existing voices.

Hello Ray,

You'll need to contact the supplier of Infovox iVox to get that fixed.

Cheers,

Anne

Hello Ray,

I think the new version of Infovox iVox works differently from the previous
ones. Have a look in your Applications folder for
one called Infovox iVox Voice Manager.app.

This is what you use to enable the voices.

Cheers,

Anne

Okay okay. I downloaded version 3 and installed it. I now have lost all my
Acapela voices and so, I have written to the
Origen instroments place where I bought the voices from and asked them for my
license keys back.

I thought this was supposed to be a free upgrade.

Part of what makes this a little tricky is the fact that my e-mail address has
changed since I did the version 2 voices.

Sincerely,

The Constantly Barefooted Ray!!!
