Hi,

It should be on your Dock.  Press VO-d to bring up the Dock, then "a-d-d" to 
take you to the AddressBook.  You can left and right arrow while on the Dock to 
determine which items are there.  If, for some reason, it's not on your Dock, 
press VO-shift-d to get you to the Desktop, then cmd-shift-a to open the 
Applications folder, then navigate within there to locate the AddressBook app.
