Hello Marc, To enter Keyboard Help, as it is called, press VO-k and press Escape to leave it.
When in this mode, VoiceOver will identify the keys as you press them, and if you press a VO command, it will tell you what it does. This mode is very useful if you think you remember a command but you don't want to make a mistake. Do you know about VO-h-h which gives you the full list of VO commands divided into categories?
