Michael, You have to be signed up for the NLS' program for the blind & physically handicapped. After that, you're eligible to borrow from the Library of Congress's music program. So, if you're receiving books from your state's lending library or downloading books from them, you're good to go. Then, you would simply call 800-424-8567 & order to your heart's content. If you're not signed up, then you need to contact your state's cooperating library & get the paper-work started.
