Do a Google search on the Apple web site for the term "Mountain Lion" and you
will see how much information Apple has made publically available concerning
Mountain Lion.

You are so wrong you have no idea. There is no public beta and you do sign a
nondisclosure agreement when you are a beta tester either invited or pay to be
a part of the developer program. Get your facts straight before posting such
piffle. Clearly you have no clue what an NDA is about.

Many people know that information, because is available in the Apple pages
where you can download the beta. Anybody can register for it, so don't worry,
there is not a disclosure agreement broken.
