Hello, this is a frustrating part of MenuTab.

The only way I know how to get out of this no windows thing, is to go to
Activity monitor and force quit the app. When you go back to applications and
hit command-O to open MenuTab, it should say something like MenuTab, quit app
has focus. At this point I use the tab key to get into the html window. Once
you are interacting with the window, you can use your usual vo keys to navigate.

When I'm done with the app, I use command-Q, because if I command-tab away, I
can't get back. It goes to the MenuTab has no windows.

One more side note, I set up a VO commander shortcut to bring up MenuTab. Oh,
and I've also disabled it from starting at log in.

HTH a little, :)
