Hi, if you control click on the voice memo file in the email, is there an option to save as? If so, you could save it somewhere, then use ITunes' "Add To Library" function to navigate to where you saved the file, then hit ok. It should then be in your iTunes Library. You might even be able to put it in the Voice Memos playlist.
