Hi there!
Well I can help with that!
When sitting on the Item you wish to move just hold down Option+command then 
arrow with either left or right  and voice over will tell you what you are 
moving and what you are moving past!
In my case I use up and down arrows because I've got the doc on the left of my 
screen!
