Hi,

If you can, why not wait until the new iPhone comes out?  At the most, its 
release is probably 4 months away.  At this time, you can pick up the new 
iPhone or, get the 4S at a lower price.

The processor is really the biggest difference between the 4 and 4S.  The 4S is 
using a dual core processor while the 4 uses a single core.  Voiceover, and IOS 
5, is a tad bit less responsive on the iPhone 4 when compared to the 4S.  I 
would assume this will be even more pronounced when IOS 6 is released.
