Hi, if mp3 is already selected by default for conversions, tell him to just select the track and do a control click. This would be VO shift M for voiceover users btw, and there will be a convert to mp3 option in the menu. If it doesn't say this, for example its says, convert to AAC, tell him to press command comma, to open iTunes preferences. Then click on the import settings button. Now select mp3 from the format pop up menu and click ok. Then repeat the original steps.
