You can also use Skype on your home phone which I'm doing so as not having to use your Mac or I phone and the software is completely accessible with Boice over. You just add your contacts as speed dials using your chordless phone by adding them by using the software via the Mac. Fantastic or what? You can even use all your devices at once if you wanted.
