Hi,

Sounds like possibly a problem with the installation of the logic board, the 
power supply, or an issue with the SMC.  On those units, you can reset the SMC 
(System Management Controller) by unplugging it for 5 to 10 seconds then 
plugging it back in.  Press the power button to turn it on.  If it still 
doesn't fire up, then it's most likely something with the logic board or the 
power supply.  In either case, you should take it back to whoever performed 
your initial repair.
