Hello Jonny. Here are the instructions to what you need.
1. Go to your mail folders list. 2. Press the edit button on your I phone. 3. Swipe right until you hear Voice Over say create mailbox. 4. Press enter by double tap or the enter key on your bluetooth keyboard. 5. Type in desired name of mailbox and left flick or swipe or use your bluetooth keyboard to go left until you hear done button. However before you do that, make sure you have the new mailbox in your preferred location. For example, I have all my mailboxes in my Icloud server. Best of luck. Kawal.
