Hi, If this is a Smart Playlist, then what's happening is that your playlist is trying to match both criteria. This can't happen as you can't match the Jazz criteria "and" match the "Rock" criteria at the same time. If you stop interacting with the Rules Criteria area and VO-left, you will find a Match pop-up. Change this pop-up from "All" to "Any". Now, when iTunes is determining what to put in the playlist, it would select either Genre 1 "or" Genre 2.
