DVDs have a very specific arrangement of the files and folders along
with what the config files contain. This is all contained is a large
spec called the "Blue Book". Suffice it to say that there is a lot more
to creating a DVD than just copying video files onto DVD media. The best
route is to get familiar with a DVD authoring tool like iDVD. Haven't
tried that out with voiceover but I think I heard others on this list
say they got it to work.

mount ISO images just by opening them. Should appear as another drive
on your desktop. You can create ISO images from unencrypted volumes
using the Apple Disk Utility. If you are trying to make a video_ts
folder from an encrypted DVD you'll have to use a tool like RipIt.
