Hi, folks, I have a sad tale to relate. I assumed my Time-machine app was switched on, and it was not. Therefore, when I updated to Mountain Lion, I lost everything, including my ITunes media.
I seem to be in a bind. When I check for downloads, ITunes says I've downloaded everything. however, when I go to purchases, everything is dimmed. All of the songs have no link or button associated with them, even though they're listed. Any tips on this would be greatly appreciated.
