Yes, it is all through the vo utility. Go there, select braille from
the table, select the displays tab, select your display (which should
be on and ready at this point) from the table, and hit pair. You will
then be prompted for a pairing code, and be ready as you may not have
much time to type it. My apex's code is 0000 (four zeros), so I
imagine all hw displays have that same code. Type in the code as soon
as you hear the new window sound, then hit enter as the pair button is
default (or should be). After a second, the display should pair. If
you have problems, try going back into bluetooth preferences and
"forgetting" the display in there, then do the above procedure again.
Also, double check the documentation to be sure the pairing code is
right.
