Wheat sorta threw me was Vo announcing "five new items," then only showing me one or two in the messages table. Now that I understand what's going on, and know to look for that conversation triangle thing, I actually rather like this feature, because sometimes people just go on and on and on about something for like 50 messages in a row. I think VO should report this status alternately as something like, "Three unthreaded messages, two messages collapsed," or something less worded.
