Hi Sharon This appears to be a problem for many people. I had some success by Pressing the zoom button at the left of the screen. I get to it bu uninteracting with everything and vo left arrowing past the tool bar. 2. Then I right vo arrowed to the mailboxes list and went down to where I knew the new inboxes should be. With quick nav on I heard blank which is how I knew there was something there. With quick nav off nothing was spoken or heard. 3. IN that place I did get vo backslash to work. I might have interacted there too, can't remember. But vo backslash did work. Now I can left and right arrow to expand and collapse things. I don't know if that helped any. I've managed to put one mailbox inside another and despite the mouse down and up instructions helpfully given by Ricardo, I can't get this to work. I'm following everything to the letter but it's not working for me. Clearly the mail programme is a bit temperamental. I sometimes can't interact with the text of an email, and have to tab and shift tab a few times for the focus to come right again. Try zooming like I said.
