Hi all, I'm posting this for the others of you who said you had trouble getting VO to speak at login.
I found that if I booted up my machine and just let it sit there a minute, I got an error message pertaining to failure to connect to a Bluetooth audio device, and was prompted to stop using headphones. So, I went into my Bluetooth settings and deleted all devices. Not sure what caused the problem, but the problem seems to have gone away. So, if this is happening to you, you might want to try deleting your Bluetooth devices, and then re-pairing them.
