Brian,

It appears that the cookie for this site is a problem.  I would first try to 
get rid of it in your Safari Preferences.  Go under the Passwords tab and see 
if you are able to remove that Cookie data.  If not, you may wish to go under 
the Safari menu and choose Reset Safari.  You can select only to reset all 
web-site data and uncheck all other things.  This will cause you to have to 
re-enter any passwords that you've told Safari to save but it may be worth the 
hassle to see if your certificate can be re-applied.
