Ummm? Can I just say that I can probably make one from parts I get at Radio Shack for about $10? And, as has also been pointed out, why would you want the phone/dictation in one ear and the screen-reader in the other ear, when it's just as easy to have both sources in both ears? I should think the other way would fry your corpus colosum and torn you into two people..
