That's correct. The text of the heading is the same. And  if you click on
the link for the brf zip file, you will see that the file name is
"voiceOver_Mountain_Lion.zip".
And if you click on the link to buy the hardcopy, it redirects you to the
LightHouse page for Mountain Lion.

I checked that page, and it doesn't appear that the page has been updated
for Mountain Lion yet.  I see reference to Getting Started with OS 10, which
is what I saw a couple of weeks ago.
