Well, I'm able to open them. I'm able to download them. But apparently, when I open Preview or Text Edit, all of what is supposed to be there is not there, according to someone else who received the same attachments at issue. There were several pages not read, and not downloaded. What gives? Also, if there are two or more attachments, I cannot figure out how to select and save all, and there does not appear to be a "save all" that is presenting itself to me. (frustrated growl) Christine
