Hi Gigi, To label or edit the label on a button on your iPhone, do a two finger double tap and hold. After the triple tone a "Label Element" dialog box will appear and you'll be able to type in a new label or amend the default label in the text field. If you double tap the "done" button in the bottom right of the keyboard your entry will be saved. Alternatively you can exit by flicking to either the "cancel" or "save" button of the dialog box and double tapping.
Button labels don't always seem to "stick" and in a few apps I've not been able to relabel some buttons. But in general, it's a very handy feature. HTH.
