I'm using a SpaceSaver M external USB keyboard on an MBP13 circa 2008 running Mountain Lion. Occasionally, for no reason I can spot, the keyboard will switch from using the function keys as hardware keys, the way it's supposed to, to using the function keys as software keys, what I don't want. Thus, for a while, F-11 and F-12 will decrease and increase volume respectively; then, suddenly, they will open Spaces or Dashboard.
The solution to this problem is to put the computer to sleep, and then wake it up again. But I"m wondering if there's a way to stop it altogether? Thanks. :) • Mark BurningHawk Baxter • AIM, Skype and Twitter: BurningHawk1969 • MSN: [email protected] • My home page: • http://MarkBurningHawk.net/ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group.
