Hey,

I used to use command tab all the time, but since I set up keyboard
commanders to launch programs I find that works much faster for
examples I use the right control key and hit S to bring up safari. I
changed Mail to use the Z key since I go there a lot and just now have
to hit the right control key and Z pretty much for the most part have
set up keys for all the programs I use a lot. To access the keyboard
commanders go to the VO Utility by clicking VO F8 Hope this helps even
though it wasn't what you asked for.
